6. Shipping Arrangements
We currently ship to the United States.
Orders of $29.00 or more receive free standard shipping.
For orders below $29.00, any available shipping methods and fees will be shown at checkout.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated standard shipping time is 10–15 business days after dispatch, in addition to processing time.

7. Shipment Tracking
Tracking details will be provided when available.
If tracking remains unchanged for an extended period, or you believe an order is delayed or missing, contact service@novellahom.com and include your order number.
8. Return Requests
Eligible items may be returned within 90 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Contact us before returning a product. Once a request is approved, we will provide the return destination and instructions.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after an approved return has been received and inspected.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
10. Product Issues
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, email:

After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate return, replacement, or refund solution without additional cost to you where applicable.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before fulfillment starts. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipping has begun.
